With 27 years across nearly every corner of real estate, from top-producing agent to managing broker of 250+ agents. Alyssa knows how to keep deals moving without missing a beat. After leading busy brokerages, she discovered her sweet spot supporting the agents who make real estate happen. In her role as Transaction Coordinator and Client Operations Manager, she’s the organized force behind the scenes, tracking deadlines, managing paperwork, refining systems, and keeping communication seamless so agents can spend more time connecting with their clients. A proud list-lover and taskmaster, Alyssa turns chaos into clarity and brings her trademark mix of energy and ease to every deal.
A Pensacola native with a 39-year Colorado adventure behind her (go CSU Rams!), she’s powered by Jazzercise playlists, beach days, and a trusty glue gun. Her Mini Cooper? Definitely her spirit animal, zippy, efficient, and always up for the next adventure. Whether she’s helping agents thrive or adding a little humor to a busy day, Alyssa does it all with a smile and a love for the work and the people she supports.

Transaction Coordinator & Relocation Specialist
With more than 20 years behind the scenes in real estate, Sami has a knack for keeping transactions running efficiently while keeping clients happy. Her experience runs deep. From marketing and MLS management to relocation coordination she brings both expertise and genuine care to every deal she touches. Her experience in relocation brings valuable knowledge in complex transactions, including corporate relocation. Sami also draws on her background in education, hospitality, and customer service to think on her feet, find creative solutions, and maintain a steady rhythm in even the busiest moments. She knows how to keep things moving with a smile, ensuring every client and agent feels supported throughout the process.
When she’s not coordinating closings, you’ll find her at home with her husband, two teenage boys, and a lively pack of dogs. She loves a good book, expressing her artistic side through photography and painting, and exploring nature, proof that her curiosity and creativity don’t clock out at the end of the workday.
